Centro del Sur Mall, Ponce 630 Sq Ft

The newly remodeled Centro del Sur Mall has 249,010 square foot and is located at Miguel Pou Blvd, basically in the center of the city of Ponce. This city has 500 years of historic background and offers the visitor an extraordinary experience. Ponce has concentrated its efforts in renewing the historic section and its access, giving Centro del Sur Mall additional exposure and traffic. The Malecón avenue overpass was completed in 1995 providing new and better access to the center and approximately 150 additional parking spaces for a total of 1,350 parking spaces.

Centro del Sur has more than 50 years of established and that makes it the traditional commercial center in Ponce.
